The GraceWins Board of Directors is a team of experienced and connected individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences. The Board is responsible for oversight of the organization in realizing our purpose and staying true to our values as laid out in our Ethos. It does this through the adoption of sound ethical, legal governance and financial management policies in alignment with our responsibilities as a not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity.Â
Jeff Somerville
Jeff is firstly a natural leader. He is also an experienced senior Sales, Marketing and Management executive in healthcare. Jeff strikes that delicate balance between running a tight ship and getting things done while being able to elicit cohesion and respect from those that he engages. He brings to GraceWins his expertise in healthcare marketing, sales, strategy and operations as well as his considerable experience of being on the Boards of Trustees of a number of regional hospital organizations.
Kelsey Ramsden
Kelsey is a visionary entrepreneur and strategist known for building and scaling companies that challenge convention and create meaningful impact. She brings to GraceWins a unique blend of commercial acumen and human insight, with a focus on relationships, connection, and personal transformation. Kelsey contributes bold thinking, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to helping individuals step into more authentic and expansive versions of themselves.
Percy is an Executive Director on the GraceWins Board.
GraceWins is an expression of Percy’s own life journey: from losing almost everything at the depths of his ‘dark nights of the soul’ which, among other things, included a diagnosis of ‘severe, treatment-resistant, psychotic depression’; to passionately living in the moment every day since, by grace, he was given a second chance at life in the spring of 2018. This is the core value Percy brings and realizes through GraceWins. He also brings to GraceWins a unique blend of skills earned through his diverse academic [PMP, MBA (Ivey), Post Grad – Communications (NMIMS), Electronics Engineering (MIT, Manipal)] and professional [Mental Health Peer Support, Healthcare Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Corporate Communications] experiences. And bold, maverick passion for the work @GraceWins.
Vincent Ng
Vincent has deep and broad experience in developing, advising and implementing strategies that combine business model, digital health and clinical innovation to drive business results and improve patients’ health outcomes. He has dedicated his career to helping Canadians be healthier, by serving as a pharmacist and a leader in business, helping organizations launch products and programs that help Canadians manage their health and wellness. In his spare time, Vince loves coaching and watching his two sons play competitive baseball.
